Groom/Bride
I need someone who has that stereotypical type/image from the
each states: i.e. Cowboy Texan, California Surfer, Retiree from
Florida etc. Please submit a headshot of yourself as a LOW resolution
JPEG/image. Please make sure to include your contact information
and work experience as an actor if any. Once selected, you will
be asked to compose a simple wedding vow, which will be shared
during the wedding ceremony. Immediately after, an interview component
will follow. Following questions will be asked:
• What is your view on marriage?
• Prior to participating for this project, what was your
perception of Asian culture?
A copy of the work in DVD will be mailed within a year of your
participation. *
Wedding Officiant/Reverend
I welcome anyone legally-able to officiate a wedding marriage
ceremony including any marriage clergy, any wedding minister,
all wedding pastors, officiates, officials, reverends, any civil
non-religious ceremony officiant. Will require some flexibility
in schedule due to unpredictable events I may experience during
this journey. Once the wedding rituals have been completed, immediately
after, an interview component will follow. Following questions
will be asked: • What is your view on marriage?
• Prior to participating for this project, what was your
perception of Asian culture? A copy of the work in DVD will be mailed within a year of
your participation. *
Witness
No special requirement is necessary. Just be on time to witness
the wedding!
Wedding Videographer/Photographer
Will require some flexibility in schedule due to unpredictable
events I may experience during this journey. I provide you with
my own equipment including film tapes. However, you are welcome
to bring your own if easier. Will need to arrive at least half
an hour earlier to record my wedding process prior to, during
and after for the interview component.
A copy of the work in DVD will be mailed within a year of your
participation. *
Location: TO DETERMINE LATER. I usually look for historically
well known location from each states, i.e. Alamo in Texas, Liberty
Bell Center in Pennsylvania, Miami Beach in Florida...etc. Any
recommendations, please SHARE! Volunteer or Intern:
Donate your time. Need help with research (Mostly in June for
travel in August).
Provide a place to stay:
I am always in need of a place to stay, if you can adopt me for
a day or two or recommend an inexpensive hotels, motels, bed &
breakfast in your area I would be so grateful.
